Standard Setup Charge: Stitch estimates are available by request and at time order is placed. 85.00 minimum digitizing fee (up to 5000 stitches), then 20.00 per ea additional 1000 stitches. Each graphic requires a stitch assessment for accuracy of quote.

Standard Production Time: 10 Business Days from art approval (weekends not included,) add 3 days and $25.00 for production proofs. Seasonal products, sports, teams, schools, etc... Off Season we can try to do better. Please inquire.

Edits: Editing existing tapes starting at 35.00

Pre-Production Sample: Minimum 16.00 depending on stitch count per location.

Thread Colors: Price includes up to 6 thread colors, add .50 per piece per color for over 6 colors.


Metallic Thread: 25% upcharge

Custom Thread: 30% more

3D Embroidery: Minimum text height is 3/16"

Customer Supplied Tapes: May incur a tape edit charge and a 15.00 Tape Supplied Fee

Tape Formats: To prepare a tape, art must be digitized. Acceptable disk formats are Tajima, Barudan, and Melco. Re-digitizing is required for any resizing greater than 20%. We recommend purchasing tapes from LPB Graphics,Inc. where we can control optimum quality.

Color Match: For color match, please provide a Pantone number; we will match it as closely as possible.

Minimums: Published minimum quantities apply. For less than minimum, a charge of $45.00 will apply.
Absolute minimum is 12 pieces. For quantities lower than 12 pieces, please call, we always try to please. Art charges have a minimum fee of 25.00. Standard design fees are 75.00/hr.

Returns And Cancellation: No claims honored 10 days beyond shipping date. No cancellation after art approval. Any cost incurred prior to cancellation will be billed. No order will be processed without signed art approval. Customers are fully responsible for all approvals. Thread color may vary due to computer screen configuration.

All orders are subject to mill availability. We reserve the right to substitute brands to fulfill orders with larger sizes, or if we are trying to match children's sizes to adult.
