SCREEN PRINTING TERMS, CHARGES & CONDITIONS

Single color? Multi color? No problem! Screen Printing Delivers Bright & Vibrant Colors!

Screen setup per color / per location (side):
Spot Colors, Wearables are 30.00.00 per screen per location, Bags are 50.00 per screen per location. Lawn signs are 35.00 per color. 4 Color Process is 60.00 per screen per location (ie. location x 4 screens= 240.00)

Reorders, Rescreen / Reset Fee:
Usually 15.00 per color / per screen. This re-setup fee varies with different products. Custom depending on the product. All reorders require this fee as it is the time it takes to setup your order for printing. This reset fee is for all reorders and applies to t-shirts, aprons, hats... most products where initial screen was 30.00.

Garment Colors / Sizes:
Colors shown are not exact to the product colors but are a close approximation. Samples are available by special request and piece pricing and shipping charges will apply. Not all colors will be available in all sizes and all orders are contingent on mill availability at the time of the order.

Payment / Terms:
Payment at time of order places your personalized order onto our production schedule. If your selection has mill availability issues, you will be notified to make another selection or will be provided this back order information.

STANDARD SCREEN PRINTING INK COLORS



Other Custom colors available upon request. You must provide a PMS number or an actual color swatch.
We will do our best to mix your color but we do not guarantee an exact match.
Color charts represented here are provided to give you a general idea of the standard colors available.
Due to the wide variations and inconsistencies in computer monitors and digital color palettes, the colors seen here are only approximations of actual ink colors. They should only be used as a reference.

Due to ink formulations, subtle color changes can occur beyond our control.
Therefore, perfect color matches cannot be guaranteed, but we will come close.

Ink printed on any background other than white will appear darker than standard color.
For contrast we recommend that fluorescent inks be used against black or one of our dark standard colors.
Additionally, fluorescent inks will fade when exposed to sunlight (timeline varies).
We recommend fluorescents for indoor or UV protected use only. Over time, they can fade in direct sunlight.

As always, if you have a specific color in mind and can give us a sample of the color or a
Pantone Matching System number for it, we will do our best to match it for you.

PMS Colors: Ink colors will come as close as possible to pantone colors requested but an exact match is not always possible. Please advise if match is critical so we can provide you a proof for an additional proof fee. (Critical color can delay your order in production)

PMS Color Charge:
$35.00 per color

Color Changes:
$15.00. A color change is charged if ink color changes from garment to garment throughout the order. We recommend that you limit these color changes where possible as multiple changes add time and cost.

Stock Availability & Upcharges:
Most garments are priced Small - XL. Sizes 2X, 3X - 6X (if available in that style) and will incur upcharges. Each item description will indicate the availability of garment sizes and colors.

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping and handling is additional to your personalized printing order. Full case pricing is the only shipping charge which can be accurately calculated. Combination orders (ex. sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, aprons, etc.) will be packed in as few cartons as possible to minimize your shipping / handling expenses and can be calculated at time all products arrive from our mills prior to personalization. Prior to that a shipping estimation can be provided.

Standard Production Time:
Single color jobs generally run 5 - 7 business working days (weekends not included) after art approval. Most other jobs run 7-10 working days after art approval. Production time is determined by quantity of order, mill availability, and schedule at time art is approved.

Rush Charge:
If a specific in-hand date is required, this must be specified at time order is acknowledged to determine any rush charges and express shipping costs. Remember, express art approvals are required to meet specific in-hand deadlines; any delays in providing a signed approval can delay your order through production. This in-hand date must be specified at time order is placed.

Minimum Order:
The absolute minimum order is 12 pieces. There is a 20.00 charge per color, per side, for less than minimum orders depending on the product. Please inquire about minimum quantities, as not all products can go below minimum. Two Color Work has a 24 piece minimum. Three or more colors has a 48 piece minimum or less than minimum fees apply. Hats have a less than minimum of 45.00 for one color imprint only.

Less Than Minimum: Some items we cannot produce under the suggested minimum. Set ups and production costs are the reason for this. See less than minimum fees above.

Brands:
We use only premium, high quality brands. If you are brand specific, (e.g. Hanes, Jerzees, Gildan, Anvil, etc.) you must specify at time of order. Once garments are ordered, there is restock fee if you change brands. Once garments are printed, they are non-returnable. We reserve the right to select which premium brand will be ordered at time order is placed. Repeat orders will most likely use the same brand unless otherwise specified in writing.

Custom Art:
Art files (logos) provided will be preflighted and troubleshooted upon receipt. A $15.00 fee for files supplied includes a PDF proof. All artwork must have a signed approval to proceed into print production. There is a minimum fee of $25.00 for one sided artwork and 35.00 for two sided artwork designed in our art department. We have high quality designers who are capable to create whatever you desire. Design is our specialty.

Return And Cancellation: No claims honored 10 days beyond shipping date. No cancellation after the art approval. Any cost incurred prior to cancellation will be billed. No order will be processed without signed art approval. Customers are fully responsible for all approvals.

All orders are subject to mill availability. We reserve the right to substitute brands to fulfill orders with larger sizes, or if we are trying to match children's sizes to adult.
